About the role

As a Controller with us, you will work both operationally and developmentally. You will be responsible for financial monitoring, analysis, and reporting while driving improvements within financial processes, system support, and working methods.

We are facing rapid development in the financial area where automation, data-driven analysis, and new digital tools are becoming increasingly important. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has the competence and interest in how technology can streamline financial work and improve the quality of decision-making materials.

You will work closely with the CFO, management team, and operational managers and play an important role in developing our financial management.

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of results, profitability, costs, and key figures
• Budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up
• Development of reporting and decision support
• Streamlining financial processes through system support and automation
• Working with digitization within the finance function
• Providing analyses and decision-making materials to management
• Support for managers in financial matters
• Developing models for monitoring and control
• Participating in improvement projects and business development
• Ensuring quality in financial reporting

We are looking for someone who has

• A degree in finance or equivalent
• Several years of experience in controller work or qualified financial work
• Good understanding of financial systems and reporting tools
• Experience in streamlining processes or working with system development in finance is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Interest in digitization, data analysis, and new working methods
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
